This happens to me all the time. At least 3x in the past few months I mention to someone about doing something at work tomorrow, only to be reminded that it's Friday, not Saturday.. What makes it worse is that I don't know what day I missed.

Yes, worse now in my 60's.

That would be incredibly worrisome if it happened and I would immediately seek medical help. Isn't that one of the signs of early dementia or stroke?

Yes or I thinkI remember and then realize I'm thinking about a different day. I hope I never have to answer the "And what were you doing on the day of - - at - - o'clock?" type of question so popular in mystery shows. I'd never get out of the interview room.
