Veggie and Fruit Pulp?

Hi everyone. What's the best way to use veggie and fruit pulp? I receive it as a several pound mixed donation from a local juice store, as I'm part of a local Food Not Bombs chapter and would love to make use of something that is somewhat edible to make sure hungry people in need are getting good food. Perhaps a soup? Or a bread? I tried baking chips in the oven and that was a huge failure. Suggestions?

If I'm ambitious...I make fruit "roll-ups" with my dehydrator....but, honestly it generally goes into the garden as compost...

Hi, Sage, and welcome to the website,

Fruit pulp can be added to baked goods that include fruit. Or they can be composted. If you have any livestock, or know anyone who has some, they often love to eat fruit pulp.

I also googled some ideas: Link-20 Ways to Use Leftover Juice Pulp [vegetariantimes.com] via @vegtimes

Also, the website uses your profile to find member matches, so the more details you include, the better the match.

Then you make comments and write your own posts to earn more points and privileges; for instance, at level two you can private email people. You get different perks with each level, and when you reach level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.
