Were they tested previously? And what were the levels then? If no data exists, then there is nothing to talk about....yet

The mussels were taken from unpolluted beds, and moved into the sound.

@HippieChick58 yes, but what is the baseline in mussels? From various areas....when you say "unpolluted", what does that mean...i do not believe there is such a thing as "unpolluted" water with 20 miles of Any shoreline, not for quite some time.....
