Let's not forget it was Bush who played to the evangelical base and campaigned to get a Constitutional Amendment to deny equal rights to gays. It was Bush, after having had the luxury of a cush gig stateside during Vietnam, who had the audacity to question McCain's fitness for the Presidency due to him having been a POW. But Bush has been invited to give a eulogy. I guess that's still a win for McCain.
