Trump is fuming about this and wondering if it si treason. I guess he has yet ot realize that public servants serve the people of the nation, and their first duty and loyalty are (and shoudl be) to the people, not personally to the president. It is the primary difference between having a king or a democratically elected leader. Trump has yet to understand the limitations of his office.
