One thing I've realized going through separation/divorce, the roller coaster of emotions is that there is no spoon.
Watch the Matrix. My dad is 75 years old and not where he should be for someone his age. Some find this out at an early age. It took me 46 years to discover this.

Should watch the matrix, very enlightening once you've hit rock bottom, work on self awareness and self improvement. We are designed to perpetuate the species, period.
