Good law. Should be universal. And, like many countries, voting on the weekend when people have more time would make sense.
BTW: San Francisco is going to allow non citizen residents the right to vote for school boards this coming November.

Hopefully it will spread to other states although I'm betting Florida won't be one of them

It's a start but this needs to be in all states.
