My personal knowledge of the dark web is limited to what I have read or seen on TV or in videos like this one.

What is interestign to me is that it appears to be a fee market which regulates itself. Of course that only works because of customer reviews and real competition. In legitimate markets, usually the systemn is manipuated by biyihng off legistlators to pur in regulations which gives particular companies an advantage At first glance the dark web seems like a libertarian dream. However, that no tax revenues are gathered from transactions off of ht edark web, it laso means that legitimate operations are under cut with the expense of supporting teh dark web illegitimte operations. I don't think the system would work if it didnt' operate well absent a world of laws and regulations all around it. Fro instance it piggy backs on the legitimate internet system which is paid for by governments to which they don't pay taxes.

I say it is interesting... but i have not finished looking at it. As it is still developing it will be interesting to see hwo it develops, and as I learn more there may be problems not covered in teh video that come to light.
