He's been insulting them since he arrived on the scene. He has aligned himself with every dictator he's met. In the case of Saudi Arabia, he has not only made money off of them but, his daughter and son-in-law are very deeply entwined with these murdering dictators. Hell, trump danced around the globe with them also.
