Yes were are! And what's more... We NEED it! We need to thin the herd!

I can't see how we continue as we pave over all our arable land , poison our water and trash our seas and that aint all of it

I vote yes. Not in many of lifetimes or any of our lifetimes. Within a 100 year span massive land loss and food shortages, possible ear, and probable unrest. Large younger populations will be prevalent throughout much of the world by 2050 and that could be the point of no return.

I'm afraid that's the picture of the future.
