What do you do for self-care?

"Self-care is not attending some extravagant spa day with the girls, but rather being able to identify when I need to slow down and perhaps cancel that spa day.”

For me, self-care is:

  1. Getting good sleep;
  2. Regular exercise;
  3. Avoid alcohol;
  4. Meditating;
  5. Positive self-talk: stilling my inner critical voice;
  6. Drinking lots of water;
  7. Being kind to myself;
  8. Eating healthy food; and
  9. Surrounding myself with positive people.

You are so good...all I can add is drink gin!

I try to do most of those, but I avoid, avoiding alcohol and I use tea instead of water. However, getting all of these done proves difficult
