Yeah, ok. Kavanaugh may be looking/sounding interested, even perplexed maybe, until it's opinion time. He'll roll up right beside the other right-wingers in the end. (I'm guessing his comments after oral arguments today were more for the cameras/news media, as this is the first obvious "party" legislation being ruled upon since he slithered in to his seat on the Court.)
