Dumb idea. Personhood for the unborn. They aren't even sure if it is a viable like until it is born.

Interesting, this idea of just when you become a "person". Amongst hunter-gatherer cultures, with high infant mortality rates, a baby wasn't considered a "person" until it had been named.Amongst many Native American tribes, it was customary to wait four months, to name a girl, and six months to name a boy. So, just when do we become a "person"?
