That's very interesting. Thanks for posting it. "Well regulated" - so on what grounds does the NRA oppose gun regulation?

It's Never meant that individuals had the the "Right" to bear arms..

Yes. The 2nd amendment had in mind single shot muskets that took an experienced user half a minute to re-load and were only effective at about 50 yards.

These days you can buy a gun that is effective at 1000 metres, and reloads automatically.
