Thoughts on film critics/ratings?

One of my favorite movies, Pathfinder, is rated pretty poorly. And I'm getting mixed signals about the new Terminator movie before even seeing it. So basically, what do you guys think about film critics? Do you value those opinions any?

Not much, and the same goes for music critics, or any "critics" of the arts. Those that can't do... critique.
