I worked building submarines amongst 20,000 +/- men for 13 years, sometimes hearing the guys talk when they thought no women were around...this stuff comes as No surprise to me! And yes I worked Damned hard to be "one of the guys", and mostly succeeded.

I experience the other side of that coin...everyday as they do. Except I have no issue being on an elevator alone with a black man..I do however worry about violence against me from men.
