As long as the poorest white person in America is convinced he/she has someone else to look down on or consider as less than they are, they will never change their minds about the status quo and will continue to lead by people who do not have the best interests at heart but can convince them they do. This is an inherent problem in out country. People are taught how to read but not comprehend. Our children are taught to pass tests and not think critically. The Government doesn't want us to be smart. They like it that way.
