Democracy is based on good justice. 2500 years ago at the ancient city of Athens they have solved the problem of corrupted judges by using the Kleroterion. Also the citizens had an anti-election voice for candidates who they are though are dangerous for the state through another mechanism called Ostracism. Now how the world allowing to call states without those fundamental principles democracies?
