I know this is an early May report. I’m just asking why it is that in a country where so many people seem to “accidentally “ fall out of windows to their death- why is it they don’t just seal windows shut?
It’s happened time and time again. Somebody says something against Putin - bam 
out the window.
Somebody finds incriminating evidence and confronts an official - out the window
I’m joking, of course.
And I don’t believe they all jumped
