The U.S. Homeland security Department of the U.S. government has put out a notice that Russian sources are spreading disinformation about mail-in voting. The only sources that I have seen that are doing that are Trump, Barr and other members of the Trump cabal. Are they the Russian sources or purveyors? In other words, are they acting on behalf of the Russians.?
