I practice majic... I know that for humans it is really not as possible to cast spells directly from your mind/spirit. You need to incorporate the lunar energies and quartz, lemurian especially, also help to conduct energies. The best way to do this is to get yourself a pentacle and procure rituals in concordance with the lunar cycle. Full moon rituals with rose can invoke alot of abundance and enchantment. It's kinda enlightening to watch it all unfold. However, nephilim and the other beings, i.e., elves, dryads, nymphs, etc. are really the casters of the majic rite.
