The justices tossed out a federal appeals court decision that allowed a Black Lives Matter protest organizer to be sued by a police officer injured by an unknown assailant.
What interests me is Clarence Thomas' dissent. Apparently he believes, based on the trend of his decisions, that it should be harder to sue corporations and the government for their employees' actions, but easy to sue individuals for someone else's actions. (Provided, and this is the important thing, they're liberals. Worst... Justice... ever.)
