I guess you didn't listen to the Bob Woodward interview tapes with Trump, where Trump said Covid-19 was much worse than the flu, and much more contagious. While publicly he was downplayign thye severity of it.

@snytiger6 I see it a lot at work. It is like the flu. If you’re young, it’s not a big deal. If your middle to upper aged, it can be kinda rough. If your really old, it can be bad. If you have preexisting conditions, it’s really bad. If you’re old and have preexisting conditions, it’s going to be really really bad. Just like the flu.

@CourtJester One thing covid-19 does that the flu doesn't do, is that it can cause sudden organ failure in some people, and can also leave permanent damage in those who recovered. This very likely shortens a person's life expectancy. Some people who get Covid-19 never fully recover. It is NOT like the flu.
