Conflating public health measures and dictatorship is, will, quite illogical.
Roberts has begun to act like a real judge. If Clarence Thomas and Alito would go away, we might have a decent chance for a Supreme Court interested in equality and fairness.
if Biden gets to appoint a Justice I will be furious if he doesn't appoint someone in their forties with extreme good health and a history of a long life in their family. RBJ was fantastic and she served a long time but most of the democratic appointees have been in their 50s while the Republicans appoint 40 year olds.
