We do not have to be forgiving and excuse the behavior demonstrated by conservatives over the last twelve years. They have rationalized, excused, and actively participated in the most vile of behaviors that go contrary to who and what this country stands for.

And no, just because one side engaged in such reprehensible behavior does not mean that liberals are guilty of the same thing. This is not an equal dichotomy. It is possible, nay is true, that the levels of loathsome behavior that conservatives reached, were not equaled or even approached in any proximity by liberals.
