"Vegan" substitutes are no better in terms of pollution produced in their manufacture, plus in most the sodium is through the roof, which would put heart patients in the hospital, or coffins

However vegan substitutes done produce the amount of methane gas that cows do.

Personally when I was eating vegan, i didn't do the meat substitutes.
