My understanding is this. Am I incorrect?

  1. Although Democrats winning both Georgia seats is very unlikely, let us assume they do. Still McConnell will still be the Senate leader
  2. This means he still can decide what bills to bring to the Senate floor or not
  3. Democrats will have the advantage only when -- 1. A bill is coming to vote on the floor, and 2. Democrats are united to make to 51 votes.

If democrats are in majority then Mitch is no longer majority leader
