Corporate Reforms Are Necessary

Corporations won’t go away but years ago I heard a mid-level corporate officer say a prison term might help his career. For him, a life term without parole would help. For his corporation, an equivalent to the death penalty would help.

IMO, requiring corporations to be owned only by their employees, not by investors, is a minimum.

What do you say?

While to some degree I agree with you, I'm not sure one size fits all.

Corporations should be wholly-owned by it's employees or, rather, employees should be majority owners by law. No "investors" should be allowed to come in and buy a majority share of any given company's assets.
