I believe that music can help keep you young. Bill Tapia celebrated his 100th birthday with a concert at the refurbished Warner Grand Theater in San Pedro, California. He had played at the grand opening of the theater decades before. He was the featured artist on his 100th birthday.

I remember seeing him perform at his 101st birthday concert just down the street at the Warner Annex, a more intimate venue. I know people half that age who don't have the energy he showed that evening.
