IMHO the E.U. is in reality a "toy" nation; the plaything of elites, academics, corporatists, globalists, and "New World Order" promoters. It is largely unresponsive to the actual needs and aspirations of its member states.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I don't know enough about politics of individual nations, or EU itself, to say I agree or disagree. I remember hearing something about EU governance that I thought was problematic, though I can't recall details at this time. I would think a cooperative agreement among these nations could be highly beneficial if the EU iteslf did not overstep its needed role.

The sovereign nations of Europe were duped into joining what was officially an international trading agreement. Since then, the centralization of power has been steadily ratcheted upwards, such that no member nation has true sovereignty.
