Vaccination vans with loud speakers need to visit those areas daily and make appointments for the second vaccine when the first shot is given

I think the onus should be in the first shot. Recent real world data shows the first shot gives protection for up to 12 weeks. Get the first shot. Immunize as many people as possible.
