A useful tip when you have red hair and pale skin and live in New York State.
The level of UV radiation is higher than you think, so sun protection is recommended.
I just found my SPF 50 sun protection spray on top of the fridge ( where I keep all the stuff I do not want to share with my shorter family members.
Do not spray the stuff directly into your face, like I just did.
Spray it into your hands and spread it on the face.
That was my useful tip for the day.
Ready to go outside.
The sunlight is intense.

I have a red headed grandchild with pale skin of his Irish and German forebears. I'm sure his mom has the SPF 50 on hand, as she needs it too. I should use it as well.....
