I lost some weight during the pandemic...surprisingly, I lost about 25 pounds. I've been doing a lot of exercising, more than usual. Mostly hiking, but also fast walking 3 miles a day with the dog. I can't jog because of my knees. It's nice not to have that paunch!

Nice! I think my loss had a lot to do with not eating restaurant or convenience foods as my exercise routine has remained fairly consistent.
