The Bible Museum doesn't seem to require and provenance documentation, as they have a long history of receiving and paying for stolen and forged artifacts.

Does the "Bible Museum" have any criminal liability?

They should. They received stolen propterty.

I don't believe they do if they can say it was received in good faith. Since they are all about faith the presumption is with the so-called Museum.
