When I was in the second grade my teacher yelled at me in front of the whole class because I didnt' say the pledge. As a sever year old kid, I was distracted and pondering if my hand over my heart should be on the inside or outside of my jacket while the pledge was being said. Just normal kid stuff.
Anyway, the issue in the case is freedom versus forced compliance. I side with freedom.
