A gunman has killed six people and injured 28 others at a university in the Russian city of Perm. The assailant, identified as a student at the university, walked on to campus on Monday morning and started shooting.

Can’t escape the crazies anywhere. Of course most countries don’t have public shootings two or three times a week like we here in ‘Merica do. Two school shootings just in the past two weeks
