What type? Type 2 can maybe be reversed with a carb-limited diet, but Type 1 (the kind I have) has no cure.

A will of iron and a diet restricted course advised and monitored by your MD . It rids you of the fat around the pancreas and changes your own insulin regime. Do not do it by yourself or any other diet. There are dangers.
