Institutionalised racism exists. Of course, it exists! No, not so fast.
Institutionalised racism exists, because... from a different perspective. And I must admit that until I read the following comment, I've never thought that way. Any thoughts?

“It is always acceptable in our woke culture of 2021 to mercilessly attack black conservatives. They have ‘betrayed’ their leftist masters by daring to think for themselves, when they should be grateful. THAT is institutionalised/cultural racism. And it is everywhere.”

So you don't even know what institutional racism is, got it.

The OP is about institutionalised racism being looked at from different angles.

That would be the rationalization of a self-hating Black. Conservatism has historically fostered racism and discrimination. Thus, a Black who embraces the label of Conservative also embraces racism against himself, his family, etc. Most often, this is done for money. Ugh!!

That's an interesting take. Thanks.

That some blacks are conservatives seems to me evidence that for them slavery has entered a distant past.

Some fraction of what is labeled as racism may actually only be political or cultural conflicts.

Agreed.
