I remember in 2nd grade, when I was just seven years old, the teacher yelled at me in front of the class because she didn't think I said the pledge.

I later found out she was going through a nasty divorce and I had just become the target5 of her angry venting, but I was just seven years old, and she chose to yell at me for not strictly complying to indoctrination.
