Today, on Darcelle's 91st birthday, we unveiled a new plaque to make it official: Darcelle XV has been added to the National Register of Historic Places! It has been an honor to advocate for this distinction in Congress, and it brings me great joy to celebrate Darcelle's historic role in advancing LGBTQ rights.
