I am no fan of Christopher Wray. He had loads of intelligence leading up to Jan. 6 and managed to let happen anyway. He is closely associated with the Heritage Foundation and The Federalist Society. It is entirely likely that he did as little as possible to respond to the Jan. 6 threat for his own political reasons. The FBI's failure certainly belongs at his feet.

That being said, Wray recently gave the following interview, which is sobering and chilling. Is the interview a smoke-screen for his insurrection culpability, or simply doing his job?
