Sounds like when he was complaining about "people" having to flush 15 times to get anything to go down the drain, he was talking about his unique way of destroying documents, haha! Who knows what correspondence will never be found, or too waterstained, or otherwise stained, to be preserved. How sad and evil, let alone stupid. No wonder his toilet stayed clogged!
