What a great appointment with the dermatologist!

Wow! She made me feel great! She prescribed me medications for my Serorrheic Dermatitis. She called it that. My insurance doesn't cover it, but she printed out a coupon for the scalp drops and for the Nizeral. The kind prescribed is higher in percentage than the kind I had OTC. I even got to talk about my acne. She gave me a plan and a list of things that will help OTC. I feel better that my chin will get cleared up, as well as my scalp. Doctors like her rock!

I left a message with the Gastro specialist to call me back. In 24-48 hrs I'll hear back from them, or sooner.

I had 9 hrs of sleep last night. It would've been 9.5 hrs if my med nurse had not woken me at 5:30 am for a 6 am acid reflux med. Oh well. Just one more appointment to go to at 1 pm.

I don't feel down today. I'm keeping busy. Being on here helps me too. I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning and then to Wal-Mart for my things in the afternoon. Yay! Sleep and food help.

I'm grateful for Accutane. It's an acne cure.

Oh, okay. I have my prescriptions and OTC face wash.
