Here's a great method for smiling at a camera. It adds energy.

On dating sites, I refuse to meet guys with unsmiling photos. They look angry, grim and/or depressed or are hiding bad teeth.

If you look happy, people will see you as a fun person they would enjoy being around.

"I cannot smile at inanimate objects," a grumpy-looking man insisted. My reply:

Turn your back to the camera. Tell a joke, spin around, lean forward and grin at the camera. Click. This adds energy to the photo. My friend Amy taught me this.

You cannot smile at an inanimate object? What a narrow, stilted life you live.

I laugh while reading. Smile when I see beautiful flowers, a funny sign, a painting I like, a lovely dress, pretty fabric, seeing and smelling delicious food and much more.

With these photos, I did the spin-and-grin-method. See how it adds energy? Unfortunately, my sunglasses spun around, too.
