LINK Judge Says Marjorie Taylo

Atlanta ✈ -- Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger accepted a judge’s findings Friday and said U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is qualified to run for reelection despite claims by a group of voters that she had engaged in insurrection.

Georgia Administrative Law Judge Charles Beaudrot issued a decision hours earlier that Green was eligible to run, finding the voters hadn't produced sufficient evidence to back their claims. After Raffensperger adopted the judge's decision, the group that filed the complaint on behalf of the voters vowed to appeal.

(Not all that surprising, as similar lawsuits for other republican candidates that participated in Jan. 6th were also deemed to be eligible, although not all for the same reasons.)

More, straight up corruption, placing loyalty to party ahead of truth and justice. The judge becomes a party to Greene's sedition.
