Damn, I thought that stuff went out in the 1980’s except for Catholic schools! Of course we are talking NC, they and most the other states are about 50 years behind in human rights terms.

In the early 1970's women in Chicago were FINALLY allowed to wear pants to work but only if they were part of a pant suit.
