Most of you will undoubtedly disagree, but this is a good decision in support of 1A

A government that is allowed to support secular schools, but not religious ones, is a government that is allowed to support religious schools, but not secular ones.

If you don't want the government to exclusively support religious schools, you MUST accept a government not supporting exclusively non-religious schools.
