I agree with you, especially if you come back home from a good vacation. I usually take 3-5 days in a hotel where I can relax after other types of vacation. The active type of vacation is good too, in my opinion, you should try a combination of vacation types to see if it suits you. I'm talking about booking a hotel in Turkey, like on this site [freetour.com], and going for 2 days of beach and 2 days of country tours, or 2 days, and you can mix a 1-week active vacation and a 1-week beach vacation. And after this schedule, I really enjoy it when I come home
