I chose to post a link to this from FoxNews because... Fuck Them, that's why. I'm sure it killed them to report it. They justified his "fifth amendment rights" . The one thing is, this is a civil case, not a criminal case. When you invoke the 5th in a civil case, that can be used against you in civil court. Talking fifth amendment can be used as evidence that you have criminal exposure. Civil court, rules of evidence and burden of truth is different.
