Every since Trump left office he has been political fund raising. Supposedly for a 2024 presidential run. However it seems a lot of the money has been siphoned into Trump's businesses. I suspect he will put off announcing a run as long as possible to keep raising money, then he will decide not to run and jut try to pocket the money.

On the one hand, not having officially declared cndacy, he may avoid breaking elections laws. On the other hand, he will have committed massive fraud, which is nothing news for him, and he has managed to aboid prosecution for all his previous frauds.
